In this workshop, we go beyond the myth of hot baths and candles when burnt out and look at how we can create sustainable practices that support us physically, mentally and emotionally and spiritually.

We look at our own internal barometers – are we responding or reacting, are we relying on caffeine, are we using distractions like social media or movies rather than facing our issues, how do we feel when we wake up?
