If you have something you would like to bring to the festival programme, whether you are a parenting coach, yoga instructor, kids activity leader or something else that fits with our vibe, we would love to hear from you! Please email with as much information as possible. Make sure you include an outline of what you can offer, a business website or Facebook page and maybe some pictures. We have lots of enquiries so please be patient and we will get back to you.

Please note, as a small, community focused event Tribal Hearts will usually offer tickets for time depending on the workshops offered. This works well for those who are interested in attending on a personal level, and you get to be part of an amazing weekend where you can also promote your business to a captive audience. Each application is assessed on an individual basis so please do get in touch to discuss in more detail.


We are always looking for family performers and quirky acts. We have a very small selection of music which should mostly be fun and lively to get the whole family dancing and laughing. We also have space for some other acts, such as dancers, circus entertainers, walkabouts and theatre. If you would like to come along please email and please be sure to include a website or Facebook page, links to music or videos and your usual fee.

As a small, community focused event we may offer tickets for time if you are interested in attending on a personal level with your family which many of our previous artists have been, but each enquiry will be assessed individually so please get in touch.

Please note we do receive a large number of enquiries so whilst we will try to get back to each one, we apologise if you do not hear from us during busy periods, if we think you will fit in with our event we will always respond.


We are looking for healthy caterers, suitable for a small event so smaller set ups work best. You must be able to cater for allergies and child friendly options / portions are also important. We mainly look for vegan options but a mix would be considered depending on menu. Please email with a website or Facebook page, sample menu and pictures of set up. We will respond with our pitch fee, footfall and trade guidelines if we think you will fit in well. Look forward to hearing from you!


We rely on a great team of volunteers to run the event and look after our wonderful visitors! If you would like to help for a few hours, a day or the whole weekend, with a variety of roles such as ticketing, info desk and schedule management, please email us today. We don’t have any rubbish picking jobs for you so don’t worry! Great if you want experience in events or if you love being part of community projects and meeting new people.
